Terms of Service

Welcome to TapyDrive, a TappFlow solution. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, our NFC tags, and our companion app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The Service is intended for adults — you must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

What TapyDrive is

TapyDrive pairs a physical NFC tag with a companion web app. You place a tag in your car, and tapping it with your phone opens that vehicle’s Quick Log — fuel-ups, maintenance, expenses, mileage, and a dashboard — shared only with the garage members you invite. Tags require an NFC-capable phone (iPhone XS or newer, or an NFC-enabled Android phone); every tag also carries a QR code that opens the same page.

Your records, not certified records

TapyDrive is a convenience and record-keeping tool. Your logbook and any exports from it are owner-maintained records — they are not certified vehicle-condition reports, inspection documents, or professional maintenance advice. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer’s service schedule and consult a qualified mechanic for anything safety-related.

Not tax advice

The business/personal flags, trip classifications, and expense categories in TapyDrive are entered and controlled entirely by you. They are a record-keeping convenience, not tax advice — we make no claims about the deductibility of any expense. Consult a tax professional about your own situation.

Orders, pricing & payment

• The tag is a one-time purchase from this website. App plans (Personal, Gig Driver, Family) are separate subscriptions chosen and paid for inside the app — this site never charges you for a plan.
• Prices are shown at checkout in your store’s currency (USD in the US, CAD elsewhere) and may change over time.
• Payments are processed securely through our e-commerce provider. By placing an order, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — we may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limits, and we’ll refund anything you’ve paid for a cancelled order.
• Product images and descriptions are illustrative and may differ slightly from what arrives in the box.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.

Your content stays yours

The logs, notes, photos, and other content you create in TapyDrive belong to you. You grant us only the limited license we need to store, display, and sync that content so the Service works — for you and for the garage members you invite. We don’t use your logs for advertising and we don’t sell them. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Our content

The TapyDrive name, logo, website, app, and all related content, designs, and software are owned by TappFlow or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Warranty disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every tap will register on every phone in every mounting position.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapyDrive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Ending or changing the Service

You can stop using TapyDrive and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may also update these Terms from time to time — changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
